Shipping Policy

At 1000Rituals, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, rates, and delivery estimates.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume drops or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping for domestic orders within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We proudly offer free standard shipping on all US orders as part of our launch promotion.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 1000Rituals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, 1000Rituals is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, if your order arrives damaged or you believe it is lost, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
